Changes to Online Payments

Wolf Creek Public Schools is excited to announce our new online payment system with secure online access through the PowerSchool Parent Portal!

Effective June 26th, payments will no longer be accepted using School Cash Online. On July 3rd, payments will be accepted using a new tool, Acorn Online Payments. Online payments will be UNAVAILABLE June 26 to July 3.

Important Information

If you have funds sitting in your SchoolCash E-wallet, please ensure you use the funds prior to June 15th or contact the KEV parent help desk to request a refund.

***To receive a refund, please submit a request to mywallet@kevgroup.com detailing the refund amount with supporting information (Username, Accountholder’s First Name, Last Name, and School Board Name). Please note it takes a few business days for you to receive your refund of myWallet funds.

Wolf Creek Public Schools does not store or keep your credit information. All fee transactions paid online are processed by a third party (Moneris).

Watch for your PowerSchool Parent Portal login instructions and access code coming to you via Canada Post. If you already have a PowerSchool Parent Portal login, you can exclude this step.
