The Audit Committee is seeking:

  • Understanding of the public sector decision making process and accountability framework, including the unique role of this committee
  • That their employment or involvement in other activities will not place them in a conflict of interest
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong support for ethics

The Board of Trustees will review and choose a public member taking into account experience, background and compatibility with the Audit Committee.
