Submitting a Work Order
Staff experiencing problems with Wolf Creek supported technology should submit a work order to Technology Services utilizing our online portal: CLICK HERE.
In order to ensure that your work order can be attended to as efficiently as possible, please include the following information in every work order submitted to Tech Services:
- Room number (or very detailed description) of where the issue is occurring;
- Wolf Creek "asset tag" number (colored sticker on each computer, iPad, Chromebook, etc.);
- Detailed description of what the issue is. "My computer is broken" isn't enough information for the Tech Services team to start the process of helping you;
- Description of the troubleshooting you have already tried.
