(Left to Right): Ponoka Elementary School (PES) principal Nathan McEntee, accepts a donation of winter wear from Halla Letendre and Pastor Rob McArthur from Home Church Ponoka, Nov. 17. Members of Home Church donated $2,500 worth of winter clothing for PES students, including: 26 pairs of boots, 46 gloves, 27 toques, 25 jackets, and 20 snow pants"We are grateful for such great community connections and support for our students," said McEntee. Pastor Rob mentioned that with the waves of COVID, they decided to create a new wave, celebrating love. They will be celebrating peace and joy in the next few weeks.
